We provide courseware to educate, to include both live and on-demand courses, and programs.  We work with existing community partners to obtain referrals and leverage social media ads to market and consult with local residents in navigating the options of their credit and housing options. 

The proceeds help offset the for our subscription-based portal on our website and provide scholarship to low to moderate persons to get on track with their budgets, finances, credit, refinancing and/or homebuying strategies. 

Again, offering scholarships helps offset the course material reprographics cost.  With existing partnerships, we also refer to appropriate community resources, creating one-stop network. 

We also provide business coaching to on-line courses (both in-person and on-demand) to help individuals pivot to entrepreneurship by assisting with the original set up of back office and leveraging our SBDC and SBA partnership.
